Terms & Conditions

Please read the Terms & Conditions and ensure you fully understand them before applying to enter the competition.

All applicants must agree to these terms before an application will be accepted.

This is an application for the competition 'Talentcall' (the "competition") which 'White Wall Events' (the Producer) proposes but does not undertake to produce. The information given by you in your application may be used in the Competition should you be selected

Applicants will be chosen at the sole discretion of the Producer and their decision is final.

If any member of an act is under the age of 16 you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to any audition and subsequent show.

There is an admin fee of £5 for each act auditioning and is payable at the audition. The admin fee is to cover the high costs of running auditions. This fee is per act and not for each performer.

The Producer reserves the right to disqualify any act if felt that any information given is untruthful, misleading or inaccurate.

All acts must be of amateur status. No managed acts or acts that are represented by an agent will be accepted.
Any acts that are paid for performing are classed as 'Professional' for the purposes of this competition, and  will not be permitted to enter.

You will not publicise or discuss with any third party any information relating to the Competition or any other performers save where such information is already public knowledge.

You must notify us before applying if you intend to:
- perform physical and/or dangerous stunts, explaining the full nature of the stunt;
- use any form of equipment required as part of your act. You will be responsible for bringing such equipment (provided it is suitable for the audition location) and are responsible for ensuring that such equipment is safe and/or suitable for its purposes.

Acts unsuitable for a family audience are not permitted.

Pyrotechnics are not permitted.

Acts involving any animals are not permitted.
